This menu is inspired by the namesake of our fair city, Antoine LeClaire, who was half French & half Native American. Chef was super excited to use Sean Sherman's amazing cookbook to bring you this four course masterpiece that Mandy is pairing with classic French cocktails made with locally sourced MRDC spirits.

Few things pair better then good beer and fall off the bone ribs. Chef is preparing three courses of fresh summer classics and Mandy had selected the perfect beers to pair with the food. Check back in July for the full menu.

Chef Jeana is preparing four rich courses paired with red wines for this month's dinner, but the star of the show will be a slow roasted a huge slab of prime rib served in a rich au jus, with a sour cream horseradish sauce. I know one thing for sure, Deb packed a lot of living into her 68 years on this earth.
