Private Party Menu

The Crane & Pelican serves classy comfort food in an 1851 river pilot home.  We have a beautiful private room, and you can book the whole restaurant.  Located in historic Le Claire IA, our location is ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, bus trips, anniversaries, holiday parties, or any special occasion.

• 25 or more guests will be limited to between 3-5 entree options.
• Menu’s can include up to five courses; appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, & desserts.

We offer these Private Party Menu options.  Once you select your menu, we e-mail you a copy to approve. Your menu will be printed on the table on the day of your event.  If you don’t see a pre-set menu that you like, then we will be happy to create a special menu for you.  Contact Mandy for more information at (563)289-8774, or at mandyharv@gmail.com.

Private Room 

Our Private room can accomodate up to 36 guests for lunch (11am-4:30pm) or for dinner (5pm-11pm). 

Sales minimums are

• Monday – Thursday $450 minimum
• Friday & Saturday $550 minimum

You agree to spend at least this amount on food & beverages before 7% sales tax &  20% gratuity.

Reserving the Whole Restaurant- The Crane & Pelican can accommodate up to 90 guests.  If you choose to reserve the entire restaurant for your event, then you get our entire parking lot, the staff’s undivided attention for your guests,  & an intimate dining experience unlike any other.  A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.  The deposit goes towards your bill on the day of your event.  No room charge.

Linens & Candles 

We would be happy to provide black table cloths & candles for your tables.

• $15 for the private room
• $30 for the entire restaurant
