- Executive Chef – Jeana Allen – Our Chef does an amazing job of keeping our quality high & our staff happy. Jeana loves to rise to the occasion with culinary challenges & she is a kind, consistent leader that people love to follow. I am blessed to continue to have the pleasure to work with such a delightful soul.
Owner – Mandy Harvey – I am from right here in the Quad Cities. My Grandparents built a house in LeClaire right after WWII. My father watched as they built the I80 bridge here. My Mother operated a retail business in LeClaire for over 20 years. I have 25 years in restaurants, and I absolutely love what we do at the Crane & Pelican. I have served on the Tourism Board, and I am currently on the Library Board here in LeClaire. I am proudly raising my children in this great community, and I’m always looking to make new friends. I love working with people to make sure we get every detail just right.
