You may remember her from the Artswork here in LeClaire, or maybe she was your preschool teacher, or perhaps she designed and installed a garden for you, or maybe she sewed shoulder pads into every piece of clothing you owned in the early 80's, or perhaps you were in one of her Divorced Mom's support groups, no matter how you knew her you are welcome to join us in celebrating her delicious food and generous spirit. I know one thing for sure, Deb packed a lot of living into her 68 years on this earth. Join us as we pay tribute to my dear mother who has had a tremendous influence on our menu and our culture here at the Crane & Pelican. Chef Jeana is preparing three courses of mom's best recipes, and I will be making mom's favorite drinks to pair with each course, and sharing some of my favorite stories of this amazing women and how she taught me to be a small business owner and a great mom.
