Executive Chef Scott Elmer – Chef Scott earned his culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York & has over thirty years of experience in the industry, working in restaurants from Boston to Oregon & California. In the Quad Cities he has worked at Farraday’s, Ripley Street Grille, & Davenport Country Club, & we couldn’t be more proud to have him currently at the Crane & Pelican. Chef Scott has been leading our experienced kitchen staff since 2016. Chef is happy to accommodate any special requests with prior notice. Chef has a real passion for making comfort food from scratch, & hopes you enjoy every meal here at the Crane & Pelican.
Mixologist Mandy Harvey is Manager & Mixologist at the Crane & Pelican. She has enjoyed creating and serving fine cocktails for 18 years. Mandy says, “Working in the atmosphere here at the Crane & Pelican is ideal for serving those wonderful Classic Cocktails …..I love the casual feel and ambience created with the great Historic home and the River View that’s phenomenal…..what fun! People love coming here, and I get to create wonderful new drinks as well as updating the traditional ones . I love pairing great wines with great food, and sharing that with our customers.”
